This Privacy Policy explains how QR & Barcode Scanner ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App.

We do not require account registration.

Camera data: Used only to scan QR codes and barcodes in real time.
Image selection data: If you choose an image from gallery, the image is used only for local code recognition.
Scan history: Saved locally on your device for your convenience.

2. Permissions We Use

CAMERA: To scan QR/barcodes.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To read images you choose from gallery.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: For ads and analytics services.
VIBRATE: Optional vibration feedback after successful scan.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The App uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and may use Firebase Analytics. These services may collect device or usage information according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage

Scan results/history are stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared by you. We do not operate our own server to store your scan content.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by trusted third-party SDK providers (for example, ad and analytics providers) as described above.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Your Choices

You may deny camera/gallery permissions, but related features will not work.
You may remove scan history by using the in-app clear history feature.
You may choose the in-app "Remove Ads" purchase to disable ads.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
